Restaurant owner!

I was reading more on food system and was trying to get my professor’s just published article. Then  I made up my mind to go to some desi restaurant to have food.  I read blue prints for New York’s food system, and enjoyed the reading inside the cafe. As it was the fore-running restaurant in the locality, I thought why not to interview the owner.

The same story by struggling immigrant who makes big here, saying this is the land of an opportunity. This guy came United Sates in 1991. He did his bachelor in accounting. Then he did some odd jobs and tried to find job, but h could not. Eventually he entered in reality business and got good grip.

As he had the restaurant business in his home country, he tried to open new restaurant. And it clicked!  Responding to the equation of mantra of success, he said.” I try my best to keep customer happy, I do not act like a boss and work hard to creat an example for other employees, ”

In the span of three years, he has accomplished a lot. It was a short interview, but i am sure this guy is real astute acumen businessman.
